The Australian Superyacht Conference will return to Sydney on 1 and 2 March 2027, expanding to a two-day program after its sold-out 2026 debut.
Superyacht Australia is pleased to announce that the Australian Superyacht Conference will return to Sydney on Monday 1 and Tuesday 2 March 2027, expanding to a two-day program following the outstanding success of its sold-out 2026 debut. The Conference will again be held at REVY, Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf in Pyrmont, on the edge of Sydney Harbour.
A sell-out debut with delegates from 14 countries
Held for the first time in Sydney in February 2026, the Conference sold out with 100 delegates from 14 countries, including New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Germany. Feedback from delegates, speakers and sponsors was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees praising the relevance of the program, the calibre of the discussion and the event’s clear focus on moving the industry forward.
“The Australian Superyacht Conference was the best show I’ve been to in 5 years. No politics, relevant topics, taking the industry forward, extremely refreshing,” said Mike Sager, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Ankor Software.
Two days, a harbour excursion and more time to connect
As the premier conference dedicated to Australia’s superyacht industry, the 2027 event will build on that momentum with an expanded two-day program, a Sydney Harbour excursion and more time to connect. The Conference will bring together builders, refit and repair yards, marinas, ports and destination managers, captains, crew and yacht managers, charter managers and brokers, suppliers and service providers, flag registries and legal, tax and compliance advisers, alongside government, tourism and industry bodies.
“The response to our inaugural Sydney conference was extraordinary. To sell out in our debut year, with delegates travelling from 14 countries, shows just how much appetite there is for a dedicated forum on Australia’s superyacht industry,” said David Good, Chief Executive Officer of Superyacht Australia.
“We listened closely to the feedback from 2026, and the message was clear: people wanted more time together. Expanding to two days gives us room for deeper discussion, more networking and the chance to showcase Sydney Harbour itself, including an on-water experience. We look forward to welcoming the industry back to Sydney in March 2027.”
Sessions across both days will explore the trends, opportunities and challenges shaping the superyacht sector in Australia and beyond. Day one will open with conference sessions before delegates head out on the water for a Sydney Harbour excursion, while day two will deliver a full program of sessions followed by Post-Conference Drinks. Speakers and sponsors will be announced in the coming weeks.
“We listened closely to the feedback from 2026, and the message was clear: people wanted more time together.”
